Therapy for Dads
Helping expecting, new and experienced dads navigate fatherhood
It’s okay to need help.
Whether you’re expecting, new to fatherhood or an experienced dad, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed. However, the sadness, anger, uncertainty, anxiety and worry aren’t all you are. Wanting to deal with them is a powerful sign that you care enough to be the kind of dad you dreamt you’d be.
We’ve been there and are here to help you navigate this beautifully difficult challenge.
